IAM/CyberArk Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Administer CyberArk PAM components: PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault and Safes.
• Manage privileged accounts, access provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Implement IAM policies, RBAC and least-privilege controls.
• Support JML processes, access reviews and certifications.
• Troubleshoot IAM/PAM incidents and access requests.
• Assist with audits, compliance and documentation.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and IT Operations teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 2.5–3+ years of IAM/PAM experience.
• Hands-on CyberArk and privileged account management experience.
• Knowledge of IAM governance, RBAC and access reviews.
• Exposure to Active Directory/LDAP.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills.
• Available to work onsite in Dubai with a maximum 1-month notice period.

Preferred Skills

• Banking/Financial Services experience.
• CyberArk certification or Privilege Cloud experience.
• Microsoft Entra ID, SSO/MFA and SAML/OAuth/OIDC knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow and cloud IAM.
