Ability to manage multiple projects.
Overseeing the daily operations of the team and coordinating the team internally.
Tracking the status of tasks assigned to team members in JIRA.
Tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
Interact with team members, senior management, and other stakeholders.
Attending Weekly operations meetings and Daily Scrum meetings with team and client .
Coordinating the QA processes and flow of JIRA tickets.
Documenting operations reports and reporting daily attendance, meeting attendance, holiday and PTO schedule, status assigned tasks, different project details, and the details of ongoing recruitment on a daily basis to the client’s top management.
Co-ordinating and participating in the onboarding and off-boarding processes and training of new team members
